I was going to get a 3600X and was wondering if i should get a aio liquid cooler or stick with stock cooler and get better ram i currently have 2 sticks of 2400mhz and want to get 2 sticks of 3000mhz corsair ram which should i get

RAM, and if you can find a 3600MHz kit for a good price that works with your mobo get that. Avoid anything below 3200MHz, and always buy known brands, GSkill, Corsair, Crucial, etc. etc. etc

Also you don't really need an AIO for cooler the Ryzen 5 3600X, the stock cooler is pretty decent, or there are very good air tower coolers that can be used too (Unless you move your PC around very often, then the AIO is more safe for that case).
