Which Temperature to Read?

Hi all, I just got my new i7 rig and im wondering where should i reference my CPU temp from. I am currently using RealTemp and ASUS AiSuite.
Real Temp is showing ranges from 43c on idle but the AISuite is showing a range around 54c. Which should i look at?

The core temperatures? Or the CPU temperature?
