Hi guys! My audio output hasn't been working for a long time. Currently, I can see Windows recognizing the device (Speakers/Headphones etc.), I can hear a brief static sound when plugging it in. Also, I see the sound slider moving when audio is playing. This applies to either the front or the back panel. However, the audio works if I plug speakers into my monitor. I hear annoying static when I am using earbuds, but at least it works.
I've tried removing/reinstalling Realtek drivers, rebooting, trying different settings in BIOS. Unfortunately, to no avail. Could it be a hardware problem? Maybe something is disconnected from my MB? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
