Question Why can't I install Java?

I have tried everything. I always get Error Code 2. I tried turning off the windows security. I tried turning off the windows firewall. I have tried the online version. I have tried the offline version. I tried different destinations. I even tried installing it on safe mode but then I got Error Code 1602. Please help, I need Java.

I have Windows Ten. I do not have Java so I do not know what version. Installing any recent version should be fine.
