[SOLVED] Why does my game keeps stuttering while i stream?

Hello, recently i got a gtx 1070, i5 6500,16gb ram, and i stared streaming valorant on 720p60, but while i was streaming the game started stuttering very hard even on low low settings.. i tried a bunch of settings but the same keeps hapening... any fix?

Use geforce shadowplay and task manager to put nvcontainer.exe to the highest priority setting
