Ok so.
  1. Made sure that the USB stick format is Fat32
  2. Downloaded lastest zip bios update file from ASUS for my motherboard (B550-F)
  3. Copied it to my USB stick
  4. Extracted the files and ran the renamer (1st photo will be of what is on the USB stick now)
5. Ejected USB stick.
This is as far as I got
Question:
A. After I click start and shut down my PC, before putting the USB stick into the BIOS flashback port and do the last 2 steps should I also switch off the PSU?
B. Can double check that what is on my USB stick in the picture is correct?

After that I'll do the last 2 steps and I'll be done!

Once your done go ahead and rely to me and i will try and walk you through resetting your bios to the way it was before resetting to default.

Update: When I put the USB stick into the bios flash port and went to push in the bios flash back button it was solid it wouldn’t push in? I will attach a photo of this below. The button to the left of the “bios flbk” sign won’t push inwards. It goes in a slight bit but no led light shows like it says.

The manual said to put the USB in, hold the bios flashback button for 3 seconds till the led light flashes 3 times then let go and the light will go solid when the update is done. Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry was putting kids down for a nap yes the flash back feature on board mostly is only for blank boards that have just ram cpu and power to them you cant have any hdd/ssd's gpus or any of this plugged into the mobo. You will need to do the bios update in the bios. Using the ez flash tool
Oh no worries man sorry for nagging. So I boot up my PC with the USB stick in the bios flashback port, the bios port or just one of the usb ports on the top of my PC where the power on/off button is?

Leave the usb in the port it's in. Just boot to the bios and go to tool ez flash 3 and find your usb. Then the cap file tell it to read and install at the end it should say update successful. Click okay pc should restart

Your not nagging you are new and learning well be cautious which i respect. More people need to take more care in these steps if they are that unsure. Saftey first before money wasted right?

Yeah that's true I am VERY new lol. Just grateful I have such helpful guys like you to help guide me cause otherwise I'd be lost so thank you so much for that.
I did as you said, the update was a success and I'm back on my PC. I'm still getting this error message I'm not sure what it means but I'll show you it anyway (I got it before the BIOS update) and then I assume you show me how to reverse me putting my BIOS settings to default and then I try launch games?
