You can edit gpu fan curves in your gpu software of choice, and you can change system fan curves in the bios. Bring down the fan RPM in the fan curves to make them quieter.

Depending on how close the camera is to fans, the mic can pick up wind noise as being overly amplified, so it is difficult to tell if the way the noise is depicted is correct.

I agree on the mention around fan curves, but would like more information as to what the overall issue is and some sort of depiction as to actual ambient noise.

For reference, can you download a decibel meter on your phone and see what the room level is when the PC is turned off and then once again with the PC running and let us know what those levels are? When taking the noise readings, can you hold the phone within 6inches (15cm) of the side of the case which opens, you can leave the side on, just want to standardize the reading location.

well, in the video the mic was right up by the PC, but even when I'm sitting at my desk I can feel the heavy vibration and hear the noise from my pc
