The Sapphire Radeon RX 5700XT Nitro+ is a great card, but it's annoying. It cannot keep the temperatures in check while surfing the web, watching videos or just leaving the computer to idle, not doing literally anything. The card frequently has to turn on the fans and usually does so at 2000rpm, which is good, it at least takes care so that it won't overheat while idling, but why does it get so hot to begin with? Fans ramp at usually 57C and spin for a good minute or two. This repeats every 5-10 minutes.
The card is in the Fractal Design R6 case, not the best for airflow, but with 2 140mm fans in the front that is opened up with no filters, it still happens, even at max case-fan speed.
Is there anyway to fix this? The card's settings haven't been changed.
