Hi, Im a new member. Please help me with this issue
My FPS just kept going down when I play Call of Duty 😓😓😓😓
I use:
I5 9400f
Gtx 1650
8G Ram

Do you mean you fps gets lower the longer you play? If yes then per above what are your cpu and gpu temperatures when gaming?

what you described is either thermal throttling OR tau.
intel cpu's work faster for given period of time (called TAU) once you burn though tau, your cpu will get slower.

check thermals and check how long it takes for it to start going slower.
