Question why is it crashing?

So I just got a cyperbypower PC from best buy and I have this issue when trying to play Modern Warfare and Overwatch. The computer just goes to a black screen and reboots without warning. I noticed if I cap the framerate to 100 then it keeps it from crashing but even that is not always 100%
Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H WIFI (rev. 1.0)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: G.Skill 32GB DDR4 Aegis 3000MHz PC4-24000 CL16 Dual Channel Memory Kit (2x16GB)
PSU: unsure of make/model but it is a 600W unit
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580
Memory: 2TB HDD + 240GB SSD

Just curious as I am fairly new to computers in general, why is the PSU the thing you suspect? Apparently the maximum wattage needed by all the components is around 500~ shouldn't the 600 be enough? Should I buy a PSU that has higher like a 700W one?
