Question Why is my RAM speed still shown as 2133Mhz when I OC'd it to 2400Mhz in the BIOS ?

Here. Change Memory Clock value.

Leaving the timing values at 0 might have something to do with it. My guess is leaving it at 0 either means the motherboard says "well you didn't define something here so I'll revert it to its defaults" or it actually tried running RAM with 0 timing values, failed, and reverted it to defaults.

Unfortunately I don't know what values to input here (CPU-z gives you some of them, but not all of them).

This wasn't saved as manual. I only took a picture for a moment and change it back to auto.
