[SOLVED] Why my cpu core clock wont go to the max boost speed ?

Hi , i installed CPU -Z and noticed when i'm stressing the CPU the core clock stays at max at 3999.07 MHz
according to AMD the Max Boost Clock goes up to 4.4GHz
Idle temps are around 43-44 degrees
Under stress for around 1-2 minutes temps go up to 80 degrees

Max boost speed is based on a single core workload. The more cores in use the lower the maximum boost.
