Why wont my Pc Boot?

My case's power light turns on so I know it isn't my mobo. However, no signal or boot goes to the monitor. Please help!

Im using a Gigabye Ga ab350n Gaming Wifi mobo
Ryzen 5 2400g
Patriot Viper Ram
WD Blue SSD
Seasonic Focus Gold 450W Power Supply.

My Case lights turn on when I turn the PSU on, however, no fan's spin and no post and none of the LEDs on my mobo turn on either. As far as I'm aware I installed all the parts correctly. This leads me to beleive that somehow I fryed my motherboard. Am I right? Am I wrong? Suggestions?

How many of the steps did you follow? That's long list of things to try.
