Wifi doesnt work when laptop is swtiched off

Hello,

i am using dlink DIR-600L wireless router, the problem is i can connect to any device only if my laptop is on, the moment i swtich off my laptop my other devices dont work on wifi

That does not make sense unless the Internet is all going through your laptop.

The correct way for the modem and router to be set up is to have the cable come from the walll outlet to the modem and then to the router from the modem. Your laptop then is connected to the router along with the other devices.
Check and see what the Ip address is on the laptop and if it doesn't start with 192.168 then your laptop is connected to the modem. Post what your Ip address is.
