Question wifi not working

Hi i have a dell laptop and it was working just fine but i had to reinstall windows 10 due to a problem
after i installed it doesn't show any available wifi networks and says no available networks or show my wifi but with very poor signal (my wifi router is in my room)
i uninstalled the network driver and updated it but didn't work, then i saw that in the services the network services is not working and when i try to start them they gave this message ( The "service name" service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other service or programs )

so any ideas how to solve this problem ?

note that when i use an internet cable it connects well but the

I think your computer network card is broken. Try to reinstall the network card driver.
