Will 9800gt fit??

Hi guys,
I'm currently having the below specs:

Zebronics 450w PSU
AMD Athlon 64 x2 5200+
2 GB DDR2 RAM
ASUS M2N68-AM SE2 Motherboard
NVIDIA 8400GS
Zebronics case

I want to know whether NVIDIA 9800GT will fit in my motherboard and my case.
I currently have NVIDIA 8400GS which manages to fit in it.
