Hey, I’m going to be running a AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, RTX 2060, 16 gb RAM, and 518 SSD all in a NZXT h500i case. Going to be playing and streaming overwatch mostly. Will I be ok with a H7 Cryorig cooling the CPU, and will I need a GPU cooler?

Liquid cooling is never necessary, it's more of a self satisfication thing.
A decent HS is as good as an AIO
I like AIO makes the inside of the case look cleaner and you can do cool things if you have something like an NZXT Kraken with the colours, but no its not necessary, just for aesthetics.

Plus the HS the CPU comes with is more than enough for the 2600X save your money and buy a better GPU with the money you save, or buy a better CPU. You are talking about £100 for a decent AIO so invest it in something else, bigger SSD, whatever... no need to waste it on cooling

How would a H7 cryorig do?

You don't need it, if you want to buy it you can. That is what I am saying.
you are better off spending the money you SAVE on the cooling for a 2700X because you gain 2 more cores and 4 more threads amd a really decent Wraith Cooler.

If you must by other cooling check out this -

Ah I’m buying a pc on letsbld, so Cryorig H7 is my cheapest option and I HAVE to get a cooler.. it won’t let me not lol. Just making sure the H7 will cool my CPU enough and heat problems won’t be presented while using my pc for gaming.

The CPU comes with a cooler, so that is very strange indeed. It sounds like a dodgy website to me if it is forcing you to have something you don't need at all.

I personally think after looking at the website, you are just paying for the name. You could probably build the system you want/need and save money or as I stated before, put it into something better.

You could easily build the computer yourself. Putting a PC together is always straight forward, read a few guides, and it will be fine.
You only really need knowledge if there is a problem and that is what Toms is for :)
