Will I run into any issues if I install an M.2 NVMe SSD on a PC that has TPM and Secure boot enabled? I had enabled TPM and Secure boot to upgrade to Windows 11 which is running on a Hard Disk Drive but now I want to install my newly purchased M.2 NVME SSD.

Can I just plug it in and install Windows on it? Or should I disable TPM and Secure boot first?

Should I clear TPM before disabling it?

You don't have to disable anything. However, unplug the HDD first before installing Windows. Otherwise the installer will update the bootloader on the HDD, requiring it to be installed to boot into the SSD.
Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard? Make and model of the SSD you're looking at? You could clone the OS but it's a good idea to reinstall the OS to the SSD.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z270 Gaming K3
Bios: F8
SSD: Samsung 980 1TB

Yeah, I want to do a clean install. And I'm gonna go back to Windows 10.
