You re not giving an answer to my quiestionFirst of all, don't buy 2 separate sticks of ram. You don't know if they are compatible working together in dual channel. Get 2x8 pack it will be cheaper. Spend a little more money for faster nvme storage and don't buy Windows 10. It could be found for like 5$ for 1 key so... Go with this:

I don't know much about psu, why is not good? Is bad or just there are better options?A good 400w PSu would be enough, however that CM Elite is not good. The CX450 would be a better option, or even a gray VS450(avoid the orange and green models).
