Yes but any modern gpu is not going run well in some games. Your cpu is well below the minimum recommended for many modern games so regardless of gpu performance will be poor in those.

Other less cpu demanding games should run ok but any bottleneck will depend on the game, game settings and resolution so there is no number we can give you. To play modern games you need a modern cpu platform.
