You'r links are not working but I managed to find the Patriot Viper memory modules in your first link. Those memory modules have extra tall heatspreaders that sort of look like a comb. Because they are extra tall they will interfere with large cpu heatsinks. In addition, the extra tall heatspreaders are a waste of time and money. Those extra tall do not do a better job of cooling memory modules.

Standard heatspreaders will work fine with your cpu heatsink. Here is a link to an example of a Patriot memory module with a standard heigh heatspreader:
