Question Will Kingston HyperX Fury RAM work with the B85 Pro Gamer motherboard ?

So I want to purchase a 16GB (8GBx2) Kingston HyperX Fury 1866 Mhz Kit for my Asus B85 Pro Gamer motherboard. I tried looking but it seems like this is not listed in the official memory compatibility list according to Asus. Just wanna know if this will definitely not work for this system.

as far as i know ddr3 was pretty much compatible with anything compared to ddr4

compatibility list is usualy made when mainboard is new,, sometimes it gets updated with cpu refresh or maionboard revision refresh, but it never lists all sticks available in market, it only lists sticks which were tested by them

sticks not listed doesnt mean they wont work, it means that they werent tested
jedec 1333MHz should work without hitch, XMP 1600 maybe, its not listed in QVL so unknown, but mainboard QVL lists 1600 working with some sticks, so atleast you know that this frequency is supported
