[SOLVED] Will my 3600x run on my motherboard?

Hi,
just wondering if the Ryzen 5 3600x will run on my B450 Aorus Elite motherboard straight out of the box?
Was bought August 17th, 2019.

Only if the F40, or newer, BIOS is installed BEFORE using the 3rd gen Ryzen.

It will probably work,but there are many issues with b450s mobos+ryzen 3000.U can try it but its not 100% sure that it will work properly.Just be sure that you have the latest bios update installed before you try or the pc wont boot.

Alas, when it was purchased has only little bearing, as I'm sure there were thousands of board that have been shipped before Ryzen 3000-compatible BIOS updates.

(I'll defer to others' with experience regarding any potential MSI BIOS issues...)
