Yes, you're good to go. I'd personally go for a 6850 instead of that 5770 though...

and you may as well drop that chip to a 955, it will clock to same performance as the 965 easily, nice looking build though

since im not paying for my build, and i have a spending cap of 1000 i had the chance to go to the 965 so i did. im noob to computers so im not sure with overclocking or unlocking cores. all those parts equal $927 got any suggestions where i can upgrade?
