I'll upgrade my GPU From HD 3650 to GTX 770. But i'm not sure that my CPU will bottleneck with that GPU.

CPU: Intel Xeon X5450 3.72 GHz OC
Mobo: Asus ROG Commando
RAM: 6GB Kingston DDR2 800 MHz CL6 (1GB+2 2GB+2) RAM
GPU: Asus Silent Magic HD 3650 512 MB DDR2 128-Bit
HDD1: Samsung HD155UI 1.5 TB
HDD2: Samsung HD250HJ 250 GB
PSU: Seasonic 700W 80+ Bronze
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-Bit

Thanks

It really depends on the game being played. But for the most part it will be mostly okay with a 770. It will limit frames in some instances, but if you do notice bottlenecking, just up the texture quality etc and even out the difference, trading frames for some eye candy. Whatever it is, it will be a HUGE upgrade from your current gpu, no doubt

Also that 6Gb ram WILL be a much bigger bottleneck than the cpu itself lol.
I suggest getting 8Gb, trying for a higher OC if you can on both Ram and CPU.
That CPU above 4Ghz will still kick ass. But yeah You'll be alright.
