[SOLVED] Will rx 560 work with a 350 watt psu

I am looking to buy this graphics card

Just wanted to know if it will work with my current specs

CPU : i5 3330
Mobo : Asus P8B75-m
PSU : Corsair VS350
Ram : 4 gb ddr3 1333 Mhz

The psu is fairly old but i dont have the budget to get anything other than the graphics card
so will it be fine as long as i dont oc?
Also am concerned if the card will fit my case as it is small
My old graphics card was

My Case is of micro atx form factor

The PSU can run the card , but you need to check your case for card fitment allowance.
