[SOLVED] Will splitting the SATA power connector affect the performance oqf SSDs and HDDs?

Im planning to split my sata power from my psu cus it only came with two sata power cables
what i am worrying is that it may have low power that affects its performance (low power = slow performance?)

If you use a commercially made cable, there should be no issues. SSDs require very little amperage. HDDs require a little more than SSDs but still a very minimal power requirement.

Easily possible if some business small form /mini-ITX/SFF w/ some 250 watt 'special' from Dell, HP, or similar, I'd suspect...
