Watch Dog it will not. Also the main thing you need to worry about is your GPU. Watch Dogs just happens to be really CPU intensive so it does really matter.

I have gt 640 now but il get gtx 770 also idk will the i5 bottleneck it?

For Watch Dogs, according to the recommended specs (8-core AMD or i7 intel), your i5 might bottleneck your system. As Mciahel said, it seems Watch Dogs will be a CPU intensive game. For a lot of the other games though, your i5 will be enough.

At least will i be able to play it at high without shadow on 1440x900? And so i can't max out with this cpu only watch dogs?
