I already explained you, and compared those 3 times. I'm going to do it a fourth time.
If you're doing a big overclock, the i5-3570k is going to perform the same as the i5-4670k, but for cheaper.
If you're only going to do some slight overclocking, the i5-4670k is going to be better.
