wew not safely, buy PSU from good brand corsair , seasonic ,Anteq
for cheaper anteq 380 Watt, or Corsair 400CX

That's a pretty outdated CPU for an upgrade... What is your current system specification and how much do you plan to spend?

Well i could get a new case that will fit an am3 mobo and proccesor well something not tooo expensive, any recommendations?

It would be better value for money to move to an AM3 board and get a Phenom II.
