I saw a customer review That said That This HDMI cable does support the video resolution • 2K Full HD 1080p (1920 × 1080) at 30hz -240hz and I'm wondering now , If This is true And That , If This can support My Monitor to get 144 HZ .

I'm sure that cable would work if the monitor supported 144 Hz over HDMI, but I don't think it does.
