Question Windowed borderless mode is changing the CPU power plan

Hi

I noticed that running some applications, games and the like with a borderless Windowed function is causing the CPU to automatically switch from the power plan I'm using to a uncustomizable high performance mode plan.

Examples: full screen in microsoft photos and games like hollow knight and guilty gear xx.

The problem is that when switching to high performance mode, the CPU starts to heat up a lot (the diference between the plan I use and the high performance mode is from 65 °C to 80 °C and above), and it changes the brightness to a different value. The pc don't let me change the plan until I exit the borderless Windowed mode.

Specifications:
Windows 10
Notebook Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G-58VH
Intel core i5-72000 2.5GHZ
8GB DDR4 Memory
NVIDIA geoforce 940mx

Thank you
