Hi everyone
So I have this old Hp laptop (Hp Pavilion dm3-1047cl) that I want to give some new life to, I replaced the original hard drive with an ssd and tried to install windows 10 but when I go to select the drive to install the OS it give me a warning saying "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu" and I can't continue with the install. The fixes that I seen involve changing disk setting in the BIOS, but the BIOS doesn't have said options, the only thing it has the boot order. Is there anyway for me to get to those setting or getting around this problem? Update: The BIOS is InsydeH20 Rev. 3.5. I will leave some pictures for reference.
P.S. I was able to install windows 10 on the original hard drive and it works fine.
