Whenever I type a letter key into my windows explorer I see THIS in the top right of my right most monitor (not even the monitor the windows explorer window is on):

My folder options for for "when typing into a list view" still are set to "select the typed item in the view" which is what I want.

I have no idea what this is or how it got on my PC, but I can't easily go through my windows explorer folders and files anymore because of it.

How the hell do I figure out what this is? How the hell do I get this OFF my computer?

Scroll down a few posts and see if that works for you. You might read the entire thread to understand why and how this happened. If nothing there works out, there may be a few other things we can try. None of my machines, whether 10 or 11 do this, so I'm sure it's related to a setting and in fact if you simply go into Windows settings, click on Privacy and Security, click on Search Permissions, then uncheck the option for "Show search highlights (See content suggestions in the search box and in search home)", that alone might likely do it.
