[SOLVED] Windows 10 Fresh Install: Reset (Remove Everything) vs. Fresh Install via USB?

I recently just purchased a few new parts for my PC and as always I like to do a fresh install of windows for my hardware. Is using the Reset "REMOVE EVERYTHING" option just as good if not the same as reinstalling windows via USB? I'm looking to really have the cleanest version of W10 on my PC! Thanks

An actual full wipe and reinstall is what you need.
'Reset' will not do the deed for all new parts.

Okay I appreciate it! Ive read up on it and apparently they were both just as good but ill take your input on it. Im going to have to purchase a USB stick for the process.
