Question Windows 10 hardware error. Pls help!

I have a problem in witch my screen goes black for a few seconds and then i have no sound. When I go to the reliability monitor in windows it says it's a hardware error. Pls help me if you have seen the problem and have a solution. I attached a photo with the reliability history.

My PC specs: i5 9600k, RTX 2070, 16 Gb Ram ddr4 3000mhz, motherboard gigabyte z370p d3, meomory ssd adata su630.

are you getting restarts? Reliability history shows a restart as a hardware error

can you save reliability history and upload it to an file sharing website, might show more info.

no restarts. when I got the error it happened because I pressed the restart button. in general is just a black screen for a few sec then no sound and the reliability history shows hardware error. It's worth mentioning that the windows made an update recently and since then I didn't got any problems.
