[SOLVED] windows 10 pc issues

My pc (dell optiplex) has been acting up recently, some of my files seem to be deleted? It keeps getting worse. The pictures might help but it seems like some of my files are gone. I cant find them anymore

that helped, adw cleaner found threats and removed them. after that had to re install and move programs to different folders but they started working again. scanning to see if the hdd is bad right now as well but i think it was just malware
