Question Windows 10 PC not detecting audio device on ANY 3.5mm ports.

My PC won't detect audio devices from 3.5mm audio jacks. Any of them. Not on the motherboard itself, not on the case header, not on the PCIe soundcard. I've fully updated and reinstalled drivers and flashed the BIOS on the MoBo for good measure. I've tried THREE pairs of headphones. They only work if connected via USB adapter.

Anyone have any thoughts on what could be causing it? My next step is to fire up a Linux distro via USB to test and see if it's an OS issue.
