Yesterday my Windows 10 laptop did an update. In doing so it de-activated Photoshop CS3.
It won't re-activate despite being genuine.
I tried uninstalling, checking all files were gone with the Creative Cloud Cleaner, deleted the cache and reinstalled. I then uninstalled, made sure all files were gone again, there was no cache at all, and so I then reinstalled it.
I looked at FLEXnet, which was already set to manual anyway and clicking start didn't help.
I then tried the LicenseRecovery app a couple of times, restarting my laptop inbetween. That didn't help either.
Is there a specifc update that de-activated it which I could uninstall to get CS3 back?
Is there another update or patch I can download to solve the issue?
Is it worth uninstalling all updates or restoring the laptop to factory settings and not reinstalling the latest updates?
Are there any other options?
Thanks.
