Question Windows 10 Update CMD Popup Issues

Since I downloaded the most recent Windows 10 update I've had the command prompt popup at random intervals. It is usually to fast to read fully, but I can make out see the phrase, "Transaction_Processed(ing)"

Another CMD came up but with no text in it. It was titled:
C:\\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\installutil.exe

The command prompt is still open, and I don't know what to do. Any advice?

I have the same issue there is a fix that you disable an office feature in task scheduler but the problem is I can't find the office in my task scheduler but here is the fix you can try
Run Task Scheduler > Microsoft > Office > Right click "OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration" > Disable.
