Hello,
i am trying for a few weeks now to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, but every time i get the same error (see photo).
The error shows at 64% when the PC reboots for a second time. I tried with Win11 InstallationAssistant and with the ISO file, both show the same error.
If someone managed to solve it, would appreciate. I have already enabled TPM version 2.0 and Secure Boot in bios but.
PC Specs:

NZXT Kraken X73
Samsung 970 EVO Plus
Seagate IronWolf 4TB
16GB G.Skill Neo
MSI MEG Z490 ACE

After that it restarts and restores to my Windows 10.

Hello everyone,
i managed to fix the problem. What i did was Factory Reset on my Windows 10, without keeping any files. After that i just updated Windows and downloaded the Assistent for Win11, and this time it was installed without any errors.

I hope this helps someone,

Best Regards
Hello,
i updated my BIOS seccesfully with the one that you sent me. I didnt tried installing from USB ISO, i tried the Assisstant and i tried PowerISO with virtual drive.
After the bios update i tried those both ways and still the same error.
The only thing that i didnt try was to install it from USB, but is there a difference?
