Windows always ask to open with what when double click

Hello,

I have a question. Whenever I try to open an application, (for example Word Doc) Windows always ask me to open with what application. I have to search for the program manually every time I want to open files.

I don't see the question. Windows may ask for the application which created the file in order to open it.
