Windows live USB for Mac?

My friend who owns a Mac asked if I could slip him a USB preloaded with a windows operating system. The problem of the idea is that, I don't know what live USB programs will allow me to successfully boot Windows to Mac. Also, my friend isn't exactly a techy guy and I use windows and Linux, so BootCamp isn't an option. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Is it possible to install bootcamp from a windows pc and install it to Mac.
