Question Windows needs drivers to run but can't run stable enough without the drivers to install the drivers.

I feel like a dog chasing its tail. Is there a way to load the drivers from the bios or add them to the windows installation media? New build, new install. Windows is on the drive and will occasionally boot into the home screen, within a few secs/mins it will either freeze or bsod. I know how to install the drivers; I also know what drivers I need. I can't get into windows long enough to install them, nor can I get into safe mode and download them since I don't have the internet connection drivers. Any ideas?

MSI pro z790a wifi ddr4
i7-14700k
128gb 3200mhz corsair vengeance
4070 (not in the system until I can get it to run off integrated)
1200w psu

(I've had this setup running and working before perfectly; I wanted to mess around with pcie slot placement, put windows on a different drive (yes, this "new" drive works) and cable manage a bit. Hence the reason for disassembly and fresh os install) (a lot of different bsod codes, all have driver issues in common) (mobo came with a cd (lol) that has the drivers, could get them on a usb from the website too)

I would run MEMTEST. 128GB, was this a 4 DIMM kit or two 64GB kits?

Disable XMP and try to run it with a single ram module.
Try different ram slots.

Honestly - I'd suspect damaged/bent cpu socket pins.
What cpu cooler are you using? I hope, you're not trying to run without cpu cooler installed?

I've had this computer in its exact config running before perfectly. No issues. Yes I've got a aio lc , fans and pump is running.

Can you check cpu temperatures in BIOS ?
AIO may have failed (cpu block clogged).

What exactly did you do before problems started happening?
Did you remove cpu from socket?
Did you reinstall cpu cooler?
Did you install additional ram?

BTW - what is your ram config? How many ram modules? what capacities?
