PLEASE HELP! NEED A WORKING PC AGAIN 😓

I recently formatted my two SSDs in order to configure them in RAID 0 then install windows on the array. I created the array successfully but when I went to re install the OS, it wouldn't boot from the USB boot media I created. The windows symbol appears but it just hangs there and doesn't start the install. I've tried removing the array but it still wouldn't boot from the USB. I've tried rufus to burn the ISO to a pen, tried all the file types it gives you, tired changing CSM in the bios to legacy and UEFi, tried changing the boot order and even tried to boot from an old windows 8 repair disk but still no luck. It just hangs at the windows symbol.
