Question Windows wont let me inside my account

Hi, so I was messing with Gigabyte's App Center feature looking through some settings and I accidentally enabled USB Blocker and restarted my computer. After that I tried logging into my account but there is no place to put your PIN Number into and says that PIN isnt available click to set up your PIN but nothing happens. I tried going into safe mode but it's not working either any help is appreciated. I am running Windows 10 Home x64bit.

you will need to take this issue up with Gigabyte support or possibly through their own support forums.
