Xbox 360 controller windows 7

Hey guys i bought a 360 controller to use on my PC, and when i plug it up using usb drivers install but sync lights just flash nothing works.

please help

also got the latest drivers. if this helps i am using a plug n play charger to connect

You can not use the play and charge kit to use the controller on the PC. You need the wired controller, or the wireless reviver for the pc.
