[SOLVED] Xbox One Controller not connecting to PC via wired

I have an Xbox controller I'm trying to connect to my PC via a micro usb to usb cable. But when I connect it, the controller buzzes for half a second and when I press the Xbox button, the light blinks for about 2 minutes but never actually syncs. There is no Windows sound when I connect the usb either..
The controller is able to connect via bluetooth just fine.

I don't know what other information you may need so feel free to ask.

Also double check your configuration via "WIN" + "I" > Gaming > Xbox Game bar.

If the controller still does not work update your post to include what you did and what did (or did not) happen.
