Question XMP not working/Custom Settings not working

Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix GL12CX (Model Number 60PD02P0-MB0B04)

Old Ram: Samsung 16gb (2x8gb) PC4-2666V-UAS-11 (M378A1k43CB2-CTD)
New Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16) 3200mhz (CMK32GX4M2E3200C16)

Reading through the forums for this motherboard, people have had similar issues, Maybe the chipset doesn't support it. Idk, I can't find any actual info on the MB. The "Agent" Just says the PC's motherboard is a customized one, and that its limited. He links a "Compatibility" link for Ram for the MB but it's crucial only, the only difference I can find between the sticks is DIMM/UDIMM and 1.35v (new) to 1.2 (old)

I tried XMP profile 1, It stopped posting after that and I had to take the CMOS out, once it was back to default it was on XMP profile 1 by default, and posted but it was still at 2133. I went back into bios and this time set it to "Custom" and changed the MHz to 3200mhz. Nothing changed still (If I have to change anything else, please let me know, but im not sure if I even can if the Motherboard has "limitations") XMP profile 2 also did nothing. Am I gonna be stuck returning the new ram and buying the crucial compatible ram, or is there some workaround here (or am I just missing something completely)

Your new Corsair Vengeance RAM can reach 3200MHz when at 1.35V and only 2133MHz when at 1.2V.
Your motherboard supports 1.2V RAM and that is why that RAM kit cannot go higher.

You need compatible RAM than can reach 3200MHz when at 1.2V.

"Compatible Ram" A while later, I got ram that was linked by a support forum member, with the website being all about "Being compatible with the GL12CX (model number 60PD02P0-MB0B04) yet I can't get it to run above 2667 this time instead of 2133. Custom profile doesn't change the MHZ at all, it just stays at 2667. XMP profiles (both) either boot cycles, causes major BSOD issues, or just doesn't change anything. My old sticks have like 0 difference. I'm honestly pretty upset cause I ordered ram said to be compatible by not only a "Loyal supporting agent" On the Asus Forum, but by crucial themselves too. Is there anything you could suggest before I resort to buying a new motherboard? My Bios has 0 AI tweaker settings so I can't manually undervolt/change timings or anything. All I got is XMP profiles and custom MHZ.
 
I am sorry, you did not get the product you wanted, but they did not lied.
The RAM is compatible with your motherboard...that is why it does work.

I think you might not be fully aware of the meaning "compatible" when it comes to computer hardware and software. It just means it will run on the system, but it may differ in performance and reliability.

When asking questions on a forum, you have the chance to get different answers. Sometimes we have to do or own homework.
It took me a couple of minutes to figure out that RAM would not run faster on that system by just looking at the manual and the RAM kit specifications.

Sometimes we have to ask the right questions.
e.g. Will this RAM kit runs at 3200MHz on the Asus Rog Strix GL12CX ?

Ok that's reasonable, but if its compatible that doesn't explain the now constant crashing issues/unstableness (and the fact that Asus staff recommended it themselves to run at 3200mhz) of my PC. I would be fine with it running at 2667 if it just wasn't crashing every 10-20 minutes now....Thank you for your time and patience.
