Question XMP profile brick PC

Hello, so I've been using XMP profile for some time, without any problems, until one day. While I was playing some video game, montior went black, and I had to restart whole PC, only to find out that monitor was still black, and my mobo gave my 4 beep signals. After reseting MOBO and switching ram to other ports, PC finally started working as intended. But whenever I turn on XMP profile, I have black monitor, this time without any mobo beeping, I also have occasional bluescreens. Is my ram screwed? Does XMP profile somehow damaged my ram? I had similiar problem, but without suddenly crashing, where after switching to XMP profile while using other ram chips, monitor went black. Any help? My mobo is B660 GAMING X DDR4 if that matter ...

Why don't you test RAM first ?

This one's very casual. Just start the PC from the prepared USB stick and then it does everything for you.
